NOTICE FOR WEBMAIL and IMAP users -- E-mail messages in a user's Webmail "Inbox" folder will be automatically deleted 365 days after receipt. Move messages you want to keep to another folder or download them.

(This does NOT affect the "Inbox" of your Outlook or other POP3 mail program.)

Email stored in Webmail is NOT backed up and deleted messages cannot be recovered. Consult your local technical support staff if you need assistance downloading messages from the mail server.
